Wht r dez mla's doing wid their money without hlpng out?

every area has one mla..............then y arent they helping the poor? y arent they improving the underdeveloped areas? wht r they doing with their money..? i hve lot of questions to ask but its not possible....? politics means its not juz a gme to play with the people..u hve to improve the cities,states,nd our country.......it depends on mla's,ministers..
