My gf wants me 2b a 'person who she would like me 2 b' but hasnt gave me any idea of what this is! any ideas?

she says I just make loads of shitty jokes of bunnies and astronauts and says people will take pity on me as that I am a fool, whenever I ask how to be this person... I've tried to ask so many times to find out how to be this person (within reason) but I get no where, I adorn her with gifts as well but it gets me no where, what should I do? By the way I'm cool to move on and stuff it comes to it but she is a lovely girl and I can have a lot of fun with her so a 'break up' is out of the question. thank you.
