Very wierd dream about my ex bf!! PLS HELP:(?

Last night, i dreamt that my ex bf was very sorry to leave me and came back to me even w/out asking me, then we were lying on a couch listening to some classical music and he stood and said he would be back in a min. There was a mirror in front of me and in a minute i saw his reflection behind me with a beautiful bouquet of white carnations and it was adorned like a bride's bouquet. After a while, i found myself introducing him to my grandma. This was the first part of my dream. In my other dream(i dreamt them both at the same night), i dreamt that i was undergoing an operation and there was this little mask kinda thing to breathe, and all of a sudden, i was outta the operation room and walked toward the balcony and my ex was there waiting for me he was very worried about me.. This is all i dreamt but i woke up so wierd and kinda sweaty my dreams generally come true what do these symbols mean that i dreamt? Thank you!
