CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE ON HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GAIN MUSCLE FOR FOOTBALL SEASON?
Well I need to lose at least 15 - 20 lbs this summer for football season it this helps i'm 5'5 i weight 180 and i'm 13 I don't look that fat though i look like a bit of fat mixed with muscle. I've been thinking of running at least 1 or 2 miles per day then later I'll have a protein shake then I'll lift some weights do push ups then do sit ups how does that seem do you think that I begin to get motivated I'll be able to lose these lbs. or at least gain more muscle thanks for answering and please answer seriously give me tips
