Well I have a ton of equipment I have at home to workout but don't know where to start I read online about how you should workout about 2-3 times a week I don't get much of that plus I'm not a cardio fan I want to know how to get in shape fast plus is it bad to work out everyday at my high school they have a class where you work out everyday I just don't get it and I do no want to take protein drinks
