I want to kno if this workout will giv me any results and if so what kind? So Monday I'll do pull ups and situps for about 45 mins. The next day I'll do push ups and resistance training next day I'll do Monday's workout again and from their just go back and forth. I work out 5 days a week and rest 2 days. I eat very healthy no junk food at all. I drink a protein shake at lunch and after I workout also. Can someone please let me know what kind of results I will see or if I'm just wasting my time???
