If I take a nap after breakfast, will I get fat?

Sleeping has nothing to do with gaining weight. Keeping weight off has to do with good eating habits and good exercise in the day. A pound is 3500 calories. If we tank up on food and then do not exerciese it off eventually we gain. The body works on a day to day basis for that and not on a meal to meal one. Eat well... whole grains, fruits, vegetables and lean meats and do not over eat and you won't gain. Be active in any kind of activity but also it's good to take at least a 30 minute walk per day. Walking is the best weight lost method out there.
